These terms cover this website and the text messages Northbound Landscape Services sends. Northbound Landscape Services is a business name of RNK Services, LLC, based in St. Charles, Idaho.
SMS terms
Program. Northbound Landscape Services customer text messages. When you agree to texts, we send messages about quotes, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates and billing. We also send marketing messages such as seasonal service reminders and offers, for example when the fall blowout list opens or winter snow contracts are being set. Messages may be sent using automated technology.
How you join. You join by checking the text-message box on our quote form. Agreeing to texts is optional and is not a condition of any purchase. You can still get a quote by phone or email without it.
If you text us first. If you send us a text at (208) 847-7771 without checking that box, we reply to your message and nothing more. That conversation does not sign you up for marketing or any other texts.
How often. Message frequency varies. Most customers receive a few messages per job, more during an active booking.
Cost. Msg & data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan for details. We do not charge for texts.
Opting out. Reply STOP to any message to stop. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, QUIT also work. You will get one message confirming you are unsubscribed, and then no further texts from us. To join again, reply START.
Help. Reply HELP to any message, call or text (208) 847-7771, or email service@northboundlandscapeservices.com.
Carriers. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy. Your phone number and consent to texts are handled as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not share your mobile opt-in or consent with third parties for their own purposes.
Quotes and work
Most properties can be measured online and quoted in writing without a visit; some jobs need a quick look on site first. Either way, you get the price in writing before any work happens. A written quote covers the work it describes. If the work turns out to be different from what was quoted, we tell you before doing it, not on the invoice.
Using this website
The information on this site describes our services in general terms. It is not a quote, and it may change. Seasonal timing, such as when blowouts or first cuts happen, depends on the weather in a given year.
The service-area map uses geography from OpenStreetMap contributors. Photographs on the site illustrate the kind of work described and are not photographs of a specific customer's property.
Changes
If these terms change, this page changes with them and the date at the top moves.
