Two roads, one shore
The east side of Bear Lake is not one town. On the Utah side, Utah State Parks describes the east side as Cisco Road from the SR 30 junction in Laketown, then 4 to 13 miles north. The named units are First Point, South Eden, Cisco Beach, Rainbow Cove, and North Eden. Some of those units are open seasonally, May 1 to October 31.
The point on our map is Cisco Beach. From St. Charles that pin is 18.4 miles and about 39 minutes, at about 5,935 feet. Use that figure for the Utah side only.
On the Idaho side, the road is Eastshore Road from St. Charles. Idaho Parks lists Mountain Fawn at 5687 Eastshore Road and Sage Springs Beach at 6419 Eastshore Road, both with a St. Charles 83272 address. We have not published a separate drive time for that road, because we have not measured one.
Private properties
We serve private properties along those roads. We do not contract to maintain the state park units. Weekly mowing, irrigation, blowouts, snow, bush trimming, and storm cleanup are the services. Tree cutting, climbing, and removals are not.
Most properties can be measured online and quoted in writing without a visit. A long lane or a system we cannot see from the address may need a quick look first. Either way, you get the price in writing before any work happens.
Lakota is west of US 89 and is not this shore. Rendezvous Beach is southwest of the lake, near Laketown, and is a different page.
