The four recurring lines are priced on their own. Weekly mowing. Landscape-bed weed control. Irrigation maintenance. The fertilizer program. A customer who only wants one of them pays the regular price for that line.
A customer who puts more than one recurring line on the same property gets a discount. The plan’s working starting point is about 10% off for two lines, and 12 to 13% off for three or more. That figure is a starting point to check against real job costs, and it is the number this site uses until it changes. It is not a coupon that moves every week.
Why it exists
One stop that covers the lawn, the beds, and the sprinkler system is worth more than three separate companies learning the same driveway. It is also the practical version of looking after a house whose owner is in another state. The person who mows can see a valve that is stuck. The maintenance visit can see a bed that was skipped. You are not re-explaining the property every season.
What is not in the discount
Snow removal is the winter service. Most driveways are measured online and quoted per storm for regulars; some need a quick look first. A one-time push is hourly. Snow is not a recurring growing-season line, so it does not change the bundle percentage. Snow removal is its own page.
Aeration is usually a fall add-on to the fertilizer program, not a weekly line. Startups, blowouts, repairs, and new irrigation are scheduled when the system needs them. They sit next to a bundle. They are not what the percentage is calculated on.
The four lines
- Weekly mowing, recurring contracts only.
- Irrigation maintenance visits, bi-weekly through the growing season. Repairs, startup, blowouts, and installation have their own pages linked from there.
- Fertilizer and weed control, the four-step lawn program.
- Landscape bed weed control, about every six weeks.
Tell us the address and which of those you want. Most properties can be measured online and quoted in writing without a visit; some jobs need a quick look on site first. Either way, you get the price in writing before any work happens. If you manage turns for guests, the property managers page is the scheduling version of the same offer.
