Southwest, not east
Utah State Parks describes Rendezvous Beach as a southwest-shore unit, about two miles northwest of Laketown on SR 30. The campgrounds are Birch, Big Creek, Cottonwood, and Willow, with a day-use beach. The published season is roughly May 1 through the third weekend of October.
The point we map is 20.8 miles and about 33 minutes from St. Charles, at about 5,931 feet. Some map databases attach this coordinate to a rental name and bleed it into a Garden City boundary. The park description from Utah State Parks is the one we use: southwest shore, next to Laketown, ZIP 84038.
What we do nearby
Private cabins and homes around that beach get the same services as Laketown: weekly mowing, irrigation and blowouts, fertilizer, and snow at an agreed trigger. We do not mow the campground loops or the day-use beach.
Most of those properties can be measured online and quoted in writing without a visit. Some need a quick look on site first. Either way, you get the price in writing before any work happens.
The east shore is a different page. Ideal Beach and Sweetwater are further north on the west shore. Laketown is the town just southeast of this beach.
